He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Wiggins and Lucinda Wiggins (Combs); and his siblings, James Wiggins, Daniel Wiggins, Henry Wiggins, Martha Dugger, Mary Wiggins and Claudia Lee Wiggins.

He is survived by: his wife Janie Wiggins of Glen St; his daughter Lori Wiggins; and his sister Ellen Gulley of California. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other family members and friends.
