He was predeceased by: his parents, Thelma Inez Catchot and John Ollie Willis; his brothers, John Reginald Willis (Helen), Rodney Earl Willis (Carolyn) and John Evans McLean; and his brother-in-law Olen Price.
He is survived by: his wife Debra Kay Johnson; his children, Rachel Hamm (Dwight) and John Willis; his granddaughters, Adrianna, Alivia, Audrey, Avery and Alexianna; his siblings, Robert Willis (Carole), William McLean (Linda Sue), Ronald Willis, Sarah Price, Mildred Kiley and Linda Smith (William); and his caregivers, Amanda Pederson and Lacey Goulet of Covenant Hospice. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
