He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleve Blocker and Minnie Blocker; and his siblings, Virgie Smith, William C. Blocker and Norman L. Blocker.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Frances Blocker; his children, Terri Powell (Buddy) of Milton and Jay Blocker (Mary) of Mont Belvieu, Texas; his grandchildren, Jennifer Vinzant (Tommy), Jeffery Day, Zack Powell (Betsy), Ethan Powell (Rachael), Jayson Blocker (Liezel), Justin Blocker (Lena) and Jarrod Blocker (Madison); and his nephew Wayne Blocker (Angie) of Milton. He is also survived by 15 great grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild.
