He was predeceased by: his siblings, Mary Ann Clay, Gerald "Butch" Fillingim and Skippy Scherffius. He is survived by: his wife Sharon (Kingry) of Bagdad, FL; his sister Kathy Jackson (Warren) of Huntsville, AL; his children, Kathan Fillingim of Birmingham, AL, Kelly Fillingim of Atlanta, GA and Hank Fillingim (Karen) of Birmingham, AL; his stepson John Hubner of Birmingham, AL; and his grandsons, David Fillingim, Daniel Fillingim (Katie), John Fillingim, Carson Hubner and Cannon Hubner.
