She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald I. Freeman and Florita Freeman (Barnes); her husband James Albert Welch; and her daughter Sharon W. Anderson. She is survived by: her children, Kenneth A. Welch (Ruthie) of Babson Park, FL and Rita Slusher (Alan) of Orlando, FL; her sisters, Ruby Welch of Tallahassee, FL and Alice Ross of MacClenny, FL; her grandchildren, Charles Anderson (Neonta), Michael Anderson (Arlene), Michelle Heath (Trey), Donna Anderson and Marcus Slusher (April); and her great grandchild Brianna Heath. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
