He is survived by: his children, Earlene Robinson (David) of Avon Park, FL, Lisa Carr of Avon Park, FL and William Earl Cobb, Jr. of Avon Park, FL. He is also survived by 3 Grandchildren; and 2 Great Grandchildren.
