He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Buchholz of Avon Park, FL; his daughters, Debbie Green (Billy) of Palm Harbor, FL, Terri Lefever (Mel) of South Carolina and Vicky Gilly; his stepdaughter Merlyn Perkins of North Carolina; and his sons, Charles Crutchfield (Michelle) of Wauchula, FL and Keith Kirkland (Raul) of Colorado. He is also survived by 10 Grandchildren; and 11 Great Grandchildren.
