He was predeceased by: his parents, Elzie Neal and Blonnell M. Todd; and his brothers, Neal J. and Donnie Todd. He is survived by: his daughters, Lora (Doyle) and Tracy (Scott); his significant other Judy A. Todd (King); his grandson Zachary; his siblings, David, Dennis, Linda, Pat, Sarah and Susan; and his adoptive son Casey Carter (Christina). He is also survived by many other friends and relatives.
