He is survived by: his daughter Carol Zurek (Stephen) of Haines City, Florida; his grandsons, Jonathan Blankenship (Melinda) and Jordan Blankenship (Erin); his great grandchildren, Gabriella, Velli, Emmi and Grace Blankenship; his sister-in-law Lana McCormick; and his nephew Erik McCormick (Katrina).
