She was predeceased by: her father Richard Carter; and her grandparents, Paul and Karen Tifft. She is survived by: her mother Tracy Worden; her sister Darla Carter; her son Cameron Moye; her stepsiblings, Grant Worden (Ashley) and Danielle Worden; her uncles, Randy Tifft (Amy) and Harley Carter (Donna); her aunt Carla O'Connor (Kevin); her nephew Tucker Worden; and her niece Hannah Worden. She is also survived by cousins, and many loving extended family.
In memory of Shasta, the family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to the Humane Society of Highlands County.
