She was predeceased by: her daughter Denise Barnes; and her siblings, Bobby Smith and Joyce Estredge. She is survived by: her children, Lynn Neff, Mike Crunkelton (Nikki) and Brandy Driggers (Aaron); and her siblings, Jackie Smith (Tracy), Louis Smith and Marie Smith. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, and eleven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to the American Cancer Society.
