He was predeceased by: his parents, Rodolfo Sanchez and Elbira Sanchez; his wife Carol Sanches; and his brother David Sanchez. He is survived by: his close friend Debbie Wilson; his children, Alli Sanchez, Rudy Sanchez (Monica), Cindy McLeod (Kenny), Ronnie Butler, Jr. (Cindy), Kurt Butler (Jackie), Tina Butler (Fred Barker) and Sonya Stoner (Tony); his sister Maria Sanchez (Janine Ward); and his grandchildren, Rudy Sanchez (Amanda) and Alyssa Sanches (Austin Trummel).
Visitation was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home - Sebring (4001 Sebring Pkwy, Sebring, FL 33870). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Lakeview Memorial Gardens (854 S Memorial Dr, Avon Park, FL 33825). A celebration of life was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the American Legion Post Number 69 (1301 W Bell St, Avon Park, FL 33825).
The family requests memorial contributions be made to the Marine Corps League or the Disabled Veterans Organization.
