He was predeceased by: his grandson Kai Lermer; and his mother Marie Lermer (Farnsworth). He is survived by: his wife Judith May (Okrasinski); his children, Michael (Mariette) and Melissa Stark (Bob); his grandchildren, Kiana Lermer, Alanna and Kyla Stark; and his stepchildren, Angie Barth Handley (Dan) and Matt Wharton (Amber).
