He is survived by: his wife Barbara Van Dick of Sebring, FL; his sons, Kenneth Van Dick (Ruth) of Elma, NY, Stephen Van Dick (Brenda) of Orlando, FL and James Van Dick (Julie) of Lima, NY; and his siblings, Mary Jane Boneberg of Cheektowaga, NY and Donald Van Dick (Carol) of Vestal, NY. He is also survived by seven Grandchildren and two Great-Grandchildren.
