He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Oligney and Cleo Oligney (Brigham); his siblings, Kenneth Oligney, Beverly Martin, Ethelyn Sandelius and Alvera Joann Gilbert; his daughter Melissa Roudabush; and his grandson Logan Roudabush.
He is survived by: his wife Kay Oligney; and his children, Dahlia Stevens (Dean), Warren Oligney (Brandi), Douglas Oligney, Laurie Nozal (Dave), Jody Yount (Dave), Patrick Verner (Melissa), Corey Hineline (Joy) and Justin Peterson (Erica). He is also survived by 22 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
