She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, David Collins and Elois Coney Collins; her children, Velma Tate Blaine (Ealie), Mary Dasher (Sam), Eloise Shannon, Henrietta Lucas, Maxine Tate (Earl) and Thad E. Tate, Jr.; and her siblings, Della Mae Martin, Ella Mae Collins, Barbara Campbell and James Earl Collins.
