With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Leah Colleen Proctor of Avon Park, Florida, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 28, 2025 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Leah Colleen may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Leah Colleen touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, August Eckman and Leah R Eckman (Tobin). She is survived by: her husband Richard J. Proctor; her children, Matthew Joel Proctor (Allene), Michael Jay Proctor and Linda C. Harrod; and her sister Luana A. Combs (William). She is also survived by 3 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild.
