He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph John Sliva and Helen Bukoski. He is survived by: his children, Joseph G. Sliva II (Kayla) of Sebring, FL, Donald Roth Jr. (Ashley) of Avon Park, FL, Stephanie Townsend (Heath) of Tavernier, FL and Marybeth Houston (Rex) of Islamorada, FL; and his sister Joyce Halaychick (Michael) of Orlando, FL. He is also survived by 12 Grandchildren and 4 Great Grandchildren.
