He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Arthur Waggoner and Ilo Mae Burnett Waggoner; and his siblings, Harold Lee Waggoner, Mary Catherine Rhodes and Carolyn Ann Courneya.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Waggoner; his children, Michael Allen Waggoner (Lisa) of Avon Park, FL and Kerri Renae Martin (Scott) of Ft. Myers, FL; his grandchildren, Kennedy Kathleen Martin, Delaney Jane Martin and Landon Santos (Richard); and his sisters, Nancy Kathleen Palmer and Elizabeth Diane Tennant. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
