He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Haines and Hanna Haines (Cope); and his siblings, Alfred Zebedee Haines and Helena Cope Haines. He is survived by: his wife Ferne Haines; and his children, Thomas H. Haines, III (Wendy) of Ft. Myers, FL and Kathryn L Haines (Juli Klein) of Bonita Springs, FL. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
