She was predeceased by: her husband Jerald Story; her daughter Shannon Story Gause; her parents, Harley McCoy and Inez Barwick Keene; and her brothers, Kenneth and Tom Keene.
She is survived by: her children, Stephanie Story Arnold (Lonnie) and Donald McCoy "Mack" Story (David Kalina); her granddaughters, Patti Gause and Cheyenne Mills Sphaler (Justin); her great grandchildren, Westen and Remi Gause; her siblings, Pat Marsh, Lillian Hughes and Terry Keene; and her close friend Pat McAllister.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
