He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Scott Wise and Mary Lucille Wise (Johnston); his wife Marsha; and his daughters, Tara Costa (Robert) of Waycross, GA and Amanda Alessi of Tampa, FL. He was also cherished by 7 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
