He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Kopta and Verrella Day Kopta (Bryant); and his siblings, Rosa Marie Molesworth, Lorraine Spalding and Frank Kopta.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Sue Kopta of Avon Park, FL; his sons, Kenny Kopta (Andrea) of Olathe, Kansas, Darren Kopta (Debbie) of Avon Park, FL and Jason Kopta (Rhonda) of Avon Park, FL; and his sister Frances Boney of Avon Park, FL. He is also survived by 8 Grandchildren; and 16 Great Grandchildren.
