It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Conrad Stanley Kulatz of Avon Park, Florida, who passed away on March 20, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Kulatz and Carolyn Lesko; and his former wife Carol Ann Cadotte. He is survived by: his wife Eileen Fryman Game; his children, Sherry Cornelius (Brad), Karen Dobbins (Lee) of Palm City, Fla. and Ashley Game (Jay Casuga); his grandchildren, Travis, Jared Cornelius, Colin, Allison Dobbins, Avery and Jacob Casuga Game; his sister Nancy Feldman; and his niece Jennifer Lionberger (Rick).
Donations can be made to Emmanuel United Church of Christ in Sebring or St. Joseph Polish National Catholic Church in Davie, Fla.
