He is survived by: his wife Sandra Ross Garbers Cook; his children, Cassandra Cook, Robin Cook, Kimberly Hirsch (Michael) and Michael Cook; his grandchildren, Alexandra Evans, Jordan Wilson (Lane), Michaeli Hirsch, Dakota Hirsch, Corey McHargue and Kevin McHargue; his great grandchildren, Carson Evans, Gibson Evans, Zayne McHargue and Luella Wilson; and his siblings, Robert Cook and Anna Sue Cooper. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
