She was predeceased by: her parents, George F. Douglass and Betty Jean Douglass (Carpenter); her husband Richard Frazier; and her sister Mary Turner Holmes. She is survived by: her friend Bob; her boyfriend Bob Claggett of Leesburg, FL; her sisters, Laurie Bass (Roscoe) of Avon Park, FL and Sharyn Thomas (Peter) of Crawfordsville, FL; her nephew Travis Turner (Wendy); and her nieces, Tera Turner Welch, Andrea Thomas and Sarah Thomas. She is also survived by 6 Grand Nieces and Nephews.
