She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Luis Velez and Juanita Rios Laviera; her daughter Charmaine Giraud; her siblings, Luis Velez and Valerie Velez; her grandchildren, Eduardo, Genesis, Raymond, Yamilette and Leslie; her great grandchild Sophia; and her nephew Carlos Daniel Baez.
