He is survived by: his wife Judy; his sons, Bruce MacNicol (Lauranne) and Chris MacNicol (Tonya); his stepchildren, Adam Easton (Lisa Graven) and Amanda Easton Bird (Joshua); his grandchildren, Piper, Trip MacNicol, Tate, Tanner, Tucker MacNicol, James, Lauren, Asher Bird, AJ and Gabriella Easton; his siblings, Ken Jr., John (Joanne), Brien (Teresa), Scott (Trish) and Cheryl Vought (Jack); and his cousins, Wilma and Chuck Jones. He is also survived by Nieces and Nephews.
