He was predeceased by: his parents, James Cooper and Foye Melinda Cooper (Day). He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Cooper of Avon Park, FL; and his children, Brenda Longshore (Eric) of Avon Park, FL, Steve Cooper of Avon Park, FL and Kim Jahna (Noel) of Avon Park, FL. He is also survived by 5 Grandchildren and 13 Great-Grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions to be made to Florida Avenue Baptist Church.
