He was predeceased by: his former wife Miriam C. Bernstein. He is survived by: his wife Christine Conner-Bernstein; his children, Edward Bernstein (Jill), Lynn Bernstein (Robert) and Karen Friedland (Steven); his stepdaughters, Carrie Mercure (Chance) and Susan Conner (David Pierce); and his grandchildren, Keri Keiter (Jon), Chad Bernstein (Adrien), Michelle Lipkin (Randi), Evan Bernstein (Sara), Brian Bernstein (Kassini), Adam Friedland (Yael), Dara Friedland and Marc Friedland. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
