He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Niki Farzad; his children, Roben Farzad and Ronnie Farzad; his grandchildren, Jacob Farzad, Maya Farzad, Avra Farzad and Mina Farzad; and his siblings, Alam Berke, Parri Kakoli and Iran Rafael.
