He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph C. Prenda and Gloria Prenda (Angelo); his son Joseph W. Prenda; and his brothers, George Prenda and Robert Prenda.
He is survived by: his wife Joy L. Prenda (Cambra) of Aventura, FL; his son Todd C. Prenda of New Bedford; and his brother Frank Prenda (Elizabeth) of Sarasota, FL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
