“My Dear Frankie, friend of 70 yrs and the Brother I never had. Our families were like one , sharing the good and sad times. Frankie and I had an idellic Scott and Jem childhood. Our imaginations never ceased and never once in 70 years did we have a major disagreement. We had too much respect for each other for it to come to that. Frankie suffered many hardships like polio, and his daughter Mandy's accident. But he never faultered when it came to thinking of others first.. I loved Frankie.”
