He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen and William Wade Wiggins, Sr.; and his siblings, Helen Townsend, Lucretia Shaw and Mitchell Wiggins.

He is survived by: his wife Sarah Powell Wiggins; his daughters, Suzan Fine (Jeff) of Tampa, FL and Melissa Belmont (Richard) of Tampa, FL.; and his grandchildren, Brent Fine, Garrett Fine, Brooke Belmont, Race Belmont and Saylor Belmont.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be sent to Florida Baptist Children's Home, One More Child, P. O. Box 8190 Lakeland, FL, (863) 687-8811.
