She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest James Smith and Minnie Smith; her son Jesus; and her sisters, Patricia Rutledge, Lora Elizabeth and Hanna Faye.
She is survived by: her husband Otilio Perez; her son James Struthers (Heather); her grandchildren, Jay (Kaitlyn), Brielle, Leland, Bella and Brayden; and her siblings, Earl Smith, Joseph Smith, Marie Palmieri (Enrico), Joan LaSouie, Barbara Dennis (Emmett) and Sheila Noe. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
