We are sad to announce that on November 18, 2023, at the age of 35, Steven Gains Prather of Auburndale, Florida, born in Bartow, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Michael Wade; his grandparents, Gene Stalnaker and Peggy Prather; and his aunt Debbie Prather Kowaleski. He is survived by: his mother Joyce Ann Prather (Stalnaker); his son Landen Prather; his grandmother Carol Stalnaker; his siblings, Phillip Prather (Jennifer), Shaun Prather (Jennifer) and Melissa McClain (Michael); his grandfather Wade Prather; his uncles, Ken Stalnaker (Debbie), Gary Stalnaker (Lynn) and Steve Kowaleski; and his nephew Myles.
