She is survived by: her parents, Charles Wayne Coffman, Jr. and Debbie Lee Slater (Curtis); her siblings, Colby Scott, Stephen Slater, Jared Coffman, Jason Coffman and Jessica Coffman; her grandfather Richard Curtis; and her nephew Camryn Jaxon Slater. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles & cousins.
