She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Carroll and Mageline Carroll (Braddy); her husband James L. Powell; and her daughter Linda Gail Williams. She is survived by: her children, Connie Powell, Ronnie Powell and Gene Powell (Lynn). She is also survived by eight grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
