He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Cruz and Ana Cruz; his siblings, Pedro Cruz, Fransisco "Kiko" Cruz, Joseph Cruz, Vicente Cruz and Catherine Garrido; and his son Miguel Sanchez.
He is survived by: his wife Jo-Anne E. Sanchez-Cruz; his children, Sangmee "Annie" Cruz-Fochtman (Jeff Fochtman), Roberto L. Sanchez, Rosa C. Sanchez (Daughter) and Mina Cruz (Daughter); his grandchildren, Kirra, Kellan Fochtman, Angel, Roberto, MiKayla Sanchez, Genesis Vasquez, Karis-Joi Sanchez, JonMichael, Angelina, Noelani Sanchez and Joia Cruz; and his siblings, Jesus "Bobolike" Cruz (Grace Taitague Cruz), Mae Cruz, Carmelita Cruz (George Crisostomo), Norbert (Marivic Cruz), Michael (Barbara Cruz), Raymond (Evelyn Cruz), Annie Cruz, Clotilde Cabrera Cruz (Annie) and Francisco Garrido (Jeba). He is also survived by dog "Ruth" and numerous nieces, nephews.
