He is survived by: his children, David Marshall (Kim) of Louisville, Kentucky and Janet Carney (Glenn) of Louisville, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Rebecca, Sarah, Jessica and Cody; and his great grandchildren, Zoe, Annaleigh, Callum, Palmer, Wren, Evangeline and Kellan.
