He was predeceased by: his parent Hossie; and his wife Shirley Glenn Mills. He is survived by: his sons, Michael Mills (Patricia) of Auburndale, Eric Mills (Sarah) of Lakeland and David Mills of Auburndale; his grandchildren, Justin and Kaylee; and his great grandchild Magnolia.
