She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Alfred and Ola May Blackmon (Meacham); her husband Leslie Thomas Clem; her son Leslie Woodrow Clem; and her siblings, Earnest Blackmon and Opal Ellis.

She is survived by: her children, James Leroy Clem of Auburndale, Jesse Lamar Clem of Auburndale, Beverly Ann Trulock of Auburndale and Brenda Joyce Campbell of Bartow; her grandchildren, Jessica Lee Giles, Ariana Celine Jones, Chester Ward Trulock, Jr., Jeanne Diane Trulock, Michelle Taylor, Tammy Craft and Ariella Matthews; and her great grandchildren, Trinity, Travis, Colton, Shay, Tiffany, Christy, Taylor, Spencer, Ashley, Jacob, Kyle, Kelsey, Eugene, Jordan, Alley, Caben and Kaitlyn.
