He is survived by: his wife Allisa Booth; his brothers, Mark Booth (Donna) of Humble, TX, Joe Booth (Pam Rudd) of Irene, SD and Jeff Booth (Barb) of Griffin, GA; his children, Lisa Leab of DeWitt, IA, Nate Booth (Ruth) of Clinton, IA, Corey Booth of Green Island, IA, Amanda Nash (John) of Kansas City, MO, Courtney Hallmark (Will) of Aubrey, TX and Jon Matuszewich (Jeanna) of Clinton, IA; and his pet Princess. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Corey's memory may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
