He is survived by: his children, Carl R. Kelley, Jr. (Sherry), Tonya Gill (John) of Auburndale and Terri Perry (Garry) of Auburndale; his grandchildren, Keisha (Josh), Michaela, Jacob (Alaina) and Luke (Payton); his great grandchildren, Grayson and Hayes; and his sister Diane Slaton (Randy). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins & extended family.
