She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Groover Fussell and Edith Mae Fussell (Rowell); her daughter Beverly Gayle Appleton; and her brother David Fussell. She is survived by: her husband Bobby Appleton; her children, Rodney Appleton (Tracy) and Becky Appleton; and her grandchildren, Justin, Jared, Elizabeth, Marina and Joshua.
