She was predeceased by: her parents, Promise Glover and Marie Glover (Rush); her former husband David McCrimmon; her husband Willie Powell; and her son Willie Craig Powell (Shirley).

She is survived by: her children, Joseph Allen, Robert McCrimmon, Collins Hardee (Shirley), Lillie Birch and Lula Bell Powell. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews & cousins.
