He was predeceased by: his parents, Loran Danforth and Ruth Danforth; his brother Jimmy; and his children, Paul, Little Allan and Melodie.
He is survived by: his wife Lois Danforth; his children, Lisa Danforth, Rosemary Danforth, Darlene Prosser, Johnny Prosser and Nikki Stewart; and his brother Wayne "Butt" Danforth. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren.
