He was predeceased by: his parents, Ermelinda Centracchio and Gelsomino Centracchio; his daughter Anita Belfi (Brian); and his siblings, Iolanda DiFranco (Gino), Livia Farinacci (Michael) and Alfred Centracchio.

He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Centracchio; his children, Annette Davis (Scott) and Anthony Centracchio (Sherry); his siblings, Melita Chiacchari (Nicole), Lucy Keys (Larry), Anna Maneage (Charles) and Marisa Beste (Roger); his grandsons, Steven Centracchio, Dominic Belfi, Anthony Belfi and David Belfi; and his sibling-in-law Edina Geurink (late David). He is also survived by family members and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Good Shepherd Hospice, Inc. in Lakeland, FL.
