He is survived by: his wife Sandra Joseph; his sisters, Margaret McGregor, Mary Swallow and Florence Wadman; his daughter Heather Holcomb; his grandchildren, Jonathan Holcomb and Alison Holcomb; his great grandchild Arianna Holcomb; his son Stephen Atkinson (Stephanie); his sister Skyler Atkinson; his grandchildren, Sullivan Atkinson, Saxon Atkinson and Sayler Atkinson; his daughter Kimberly Skelton (Sam); and his grandsons, Austin Skelton and Tyler Skelton.
