With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Vicky Foley Baker (Atlantis, Florida), born in Mount Sterling, Kentucky, who passed away on March 31, 2020 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Eugene T. Baker; and her parents, Cecil Foley and Eloise Griffin Foley. She is survived by: her brothers, Cecil "Junie" Foley of North Middletown, KY and Ricky Dean Foley of North Middletown, KY. She is also survived by two nieces, 3 nephews, three great nieces, three great nephews and several cousins.
